The Ruwanweli Maha Seya, also known as the swarnamali maha seya, is a stupa in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. Two quarts or one Dona of the Buddha's relics are enshrined in the stupa, making it the largest collection of his relics anywhere. -Wikipedia
